What does the free first session include?

The initial session is a personal, no-obligation consultation.
We’ll get to know each other, assess your current fitness level, goals and lifestyle, and I’ll explain my training methodology.
You'll also receive a suggested plan tailored to your needs. After that, you can decide freely whether you’d like to continue.

When and how is payment handled?

Payment is made in advance, prior to your first training session.
This allows me to reserve and prioritize your time slots with full commitment.
There is no subscription — when a package ends, you can choose freely whether to continue or stop.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay via bank transfer, Twint, credit card (via the website), or in cash.
A formal invoice can be provided upon request.

What if I’m travelling or need to skip sessions?

Each monthly plan remains valid for two months, so you can complete your sessions flexibly.
If you’re travelling or something unexpected comes up, you can pause or reschedule with advance notice.

Where does the training take place?

Training sessions take place at your home, outdoors, or in a private gym space — depending on your preference.
I adapt to your environment.

Do I need to have my own training equipment?

No. I bring everything needed: mats, bands, jump ropes, and more.
If you already have your own gear, we’ll incorporate it into your plan.

What training methods do you use?

My approach is functional, progressive, and fully personalized.
Depending on your goals, lifestyle and fitness level, we may work on strength, mobility, posture or body transformation.
Every session follows a structured plan with a clear purpose.

How are goals set and tracked?

We start with a full analysis — injury history, fitness level, lifestyle, available time.
Then we define realistic, measurable goals and create a tailored plan.
Progress is monitored monthly and adjustments are made accordingly.

Is there a minimum contract duration?

No. I work on a monthly basis.
If you wish to stop, simply don’t book the next package.
There’s no cancellation period or obligation — only a shared goal during our time together.

Do I have to continue if I don’t enjoy it?

Absolutely not. I only work with people who feel comfortable.
If at any point you feel it’s not the right fit, we can stop immediately — no pressure, no questions asked.

Can I train with you even if I’m out of shape?

Of course.
Intensity doesn’t mean exhaustion.
Each session is tailored to your body, your energy levels and your current condition — safely and effectively.

What if I’m not satisfied after the first month?

You’re free to stop at any time.
I work with a limited number of clients to ensure the highest quality.
If it’s not for you, I’ll always respect your decision with complete transparency.

How long is each training session?

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.

Do you offer partner training?

Yes. Partner training is available for people with similar goals.
The program will be adjusted to both and pricing will be adapted accordingly.

What qualifications do you have?

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
I’m certified as:
– NSCA-CPT: Certified Personal Trainer
– NSCA-CSCS: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
– CFSC Level 1 & 2: Certified Functional Strength Coach
I’ve attended professional seminars in Spain, Germany and the U.S., worked with over 300 private clients, and ran my own personal training studio in Madrid.
